The service

Tessera is a tool for editing pictures with AI models. You keep every right to the pictures you upload and to what you make with them. You give Tessera the right to store them and to send the parts you select to the model providers it uses, for the sole purpose of making the edits you ask for.

Your account

You are responsible for what is uploaded under your account and your team. Do not upload pictures you have no right to edit, or use the service to make pictures that are unlawful, deceptive about real people, or infringe someone else's rights.

Credits and payment

Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, and credit packs are paid for at the time you buy them. A plan's monthly allowance does not roll over. Credits bought in a pack stay until you spend them. Credits are not refundable, except where a call failed and the credits were returned automatically.

Availability

The models behind the service belong to third parties and can change or become unavailable. Tessera will keep the service working with the best available models but does not promise a particular model or output.

Termination

You can cancel at any time from Billing; the plan runs to the end of the period. Tessera can suspend an account that breaks these terms.
