What is stored

Your account details through Clerk, your pictures and projects in a storage bucket, your credit ledger and billing status, and error reports. Payment details are held by Stripe and never reach Tessera's servers.

What is sent to third parties

The area of a picture you select, any reference areas you mark and your prompt go to the model provider for the edit you asked for. A whole picture goes to Topaz Labs only when you run Enhance or Upscale. Providers are bound not to train on this data where they offer that option, and Tessera uses those options.

How long

Projects stay until you delete them; a deleted project is purged after fourteen days. A trial project untouched for thirty days is purged. Ledger rows are kept for accounting.

Where

Servers in Germany, storage with Cloudflare, models with providers in the United States.

Your rights

You can export or delete your pictures from the app at any time, and ask for your account and its data to be removed.
